Food preservative: Dry microdispersion

ADDIMIST LS is a mixture of food additives such as lactic acid and sorbic acid supported on an absorbent mixture of chlorate, sugar and fatty acids, which gives it the ideal properties for use in food products in production areas, ripening rooms and storage areas, ensuring maximum safety without affecting the organoleptic properties, taste, color and odor of the food products to be preserved and kept under control. Thanks to its dry microdiffusion system, ADDIMIST LS performs a homogeneous dispersion of food additives in the whole volume or surfaces to be treated.

Presentation

It is available in different sizes for different surface treatments with the following application rate:
- 45g - 60g/m3 - box of 24 units
- 300g - 400g/m3 - box of 12 units
- 1125g - 1500g/m3 - box of 6 units

Composition

4-6% Lactic acid, 10% sorbic acid, coadjuvants and excipients q.s.

Application rate

Doses of 0.5-1.0 g/6m2 (//m3) (8.5-16.7 mg/m2) depending on the microbial load and the microorganisms to be controlled.

Activity

ADDIMIST LS controls the growth of microorganisms that cause spoilage of
food, as well as other different pathogens.

The effectiveness of the product ADDIMIST LS, tested at two doses, to combat two of the
microorganisms currently used as indicators of contamination in the food industry,
Staphilococcus aureus and Aspergillus niger, has been evaluated for the development of microorganisms of interest in the food industry and
food products, showing a good efficacy result.
